Kindly fill the online form for the eINDIA 2018 Awards & Tech Leadership Awards and attach the appropriate documents

  • Fully completed application forms enable the Award Selection panel to do a proper review and increase your chances of getting selected.
  • Nominated candidates may be contacted for additional supporting information.
  • Only winning candidates will be intimated.
  • All supporting documents should be attached in PDF format. If you need to attach multiple documents for a particular item, please put all documents into one ZIP file and attach the ZIP file.
  • All applications have to be submitted from official email IDs.
  • We will confirm the receipt of your nomination form and the attached documents via email. Kindly request you to please get in touch with us in the absence of any confirmation to ensure that your nomination has been successfully delivered and received.
  • Payments once made will not be refunded.
  • All nominations MUST be sent online on or before the last date.
  • Nominations will not be confirmed until the completed form and the correct payment is received and processed by the Registration Office.
  • Each nomination entails the right for one delegate to attend the Event.
  • The organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend or cancel sessions or events at the conference at any time without any notice to anyone.
